RETURNS POLICY

Litmus Kidman warrants that each of the goods sold is free of defects. If any goods supplied by Litmus Kidman are found to be defective we will replace the faulty item at no added expense to the purchaser.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

CD and video orders are normally shipped within 2 working days. Allow 3 weeks for photographic and t-shirt orders to be printed. We will email you and let you know when your purchase has been sent out. If for any reason there will be a delay we will contact you to advise of alternative arrangements.

Litmus Kidman uses 128 bit SSL encryption for transactions. Also for your protection transactions are carried out in real-time with Westpac Bank (in a similar way to EFTPOS) so we do not view or store your credit card details.
